We have built a special portal ToMojDom.pl for property owners. Each owner will find here the most important information about their property, a number of functions allowing you to communicate with your propoerty manager, the possibility of online payments, as well as additional services.

The system will remember and suggest the login name. You can log in with a password or PIN or by connecting to your Facebook or Google account. Contact information of the property manager, news and payments are available without logging in.

Through the application you can:

• check your charges, balance and make the payment
• view settlements and details of charges
• communicate with the property manager and other owners
• vote resolutions
• view the details of your units
• contact your propoerty manager
• stay up to date with the news
• receive notifications (PUSH messages)

Weles3 application is adapted to both small screens of phones as well as large computer screens. It is possible to install it as an application on mobile devices and receive notifications (PUSH messages).
